TASTING NOTES

Quinta Da Basilia Old Vines Super Premium 2013 has a deep colour and a complex bouquet, with wild well-ripe red berries and black plums combined with wood smoke notes, cistus and fresh spices. In the mouth, it is very complete with real palate presence, acidity, structure and firm, silky tannins. It is an elegant and age-worthy wine, with a long and lingering aftertaste.

GRAPE ORIGINS

The grapes are sourced from very old vines with 100 years of age and with predominant exposure East and East- South. Vineyards are planted on traditional terraces of schist soils.
