TASTING NOTES

The wine shows a deep ruby hue and a complex bouquet of ripe berry fruit integrated with fine spices, cistus and balsamic hints. Intense and fresh on the palate, it reveals a solid structure of silky tannins and a seductive mineral character. Elegant, balanced and lingering finish.

GRAPE ORIGINS

The grapes are sourced from 80 years old vineyards with predominant sun exposures: East and East-South. These very old vines are planted on traditional terraces of schist soils with a very high density of different plants.
