Grapes for Moulin-à-Vent 2020 are harvested by hand only. Grapes are destemmed delicately in order to vinify with full berry. traditional, long fermentation, between 20 to 25 days.
Partial ageing in oak barrels or in big oak vats.
Moulin-à-Vent 2020 offers a beautiful red ruby colour with purple and brick red notes.
A very expressive nose, developing aromas of soaked black fruits as blackberry and blueberry, of forest floor, liquorice and then some cocoa bean notes.
The palate is well-balanced with fine and silky tannins, and an amazing length on the finale.

After a few years, Moulin-à-Vent wines develop aromas of iris, wilted roses, spice and ripe fruit with notes of undergrowth and truffles, providing tannic, structured wines.
When younger, they are floral and fruity, with violet and cherry aromas.
